"Gaia Online", "Gaia gold", all Gaia-related trademarks, images, virtual currency, and virtual items are intellectual property and copyright of Gaia Interactive. GaiaPros.com does not claim ownership over these materials, we simply provide the service of connecting buyers to sellers.
Trading Gaia's virtual gold for real money is against Gaia's Terms of Service. When buying (or selling) gold, you are held responsible for any negative action taken against your account. Refunds will not be made for banned accounts. This goes for any gold selling site on the net. You took the risk, you're at fault!
When buying (or selling) Gaia Online gold and/or items through GaiaPros.com, you agree to the following terms:- Neither party, buyer nor seller, will seek to get the other party's account, items, or gold removed from Gaia Online.
- Neither party, buyer nor seller, will hold the other accountable if either party's account, items, or gold are removed from Gaia Online.
- Both parties, buyer and seller, will exchange personal information honestly and will never share the other party's personal information with others.
- Buyers will not at any time attempt to refund or reverse payments sent to sellers.
All sales are final! Due to the nature of buying and selling gold, our sellers are not required to give refunds to any buyers unhappy with our service. If you suspect a seller of selling non-legitimate gold, please contact us immediately and provide details of the transaction.
